AI4S Paradigm-based Mid-to-long-term Power Supply-demand Coordination in New Power Systems:Connotation and Architecture
随着新能源装机规模持续高速增长与异质能源广泛接入,新型电力系统中长期电力电量平衡机理发生深刻变化,传统电力供需协同技术在多能统筹、高效决策与场景泛化等方面适应性与整体效能受限.在科研进入以"AI for science(AI4S)"为标志的第五范式背景下,大语言模型等AI 技术凭借数据整合、知识融合、泛化推理及人机交互等优势,为中长期电力供需协同技术架构的智能化革新提供了全新思路.文章首先探析新型电力系统发展背景下中长期电力电量平衡的关键特性及现有供需协同技术架构面临的挑战;其次,阐释AI4S范式下新型电力系统中长期电力供需协同的内涵,建立以"电力知识底座-指令转义接口-电力供需协同决策插件"为核心的技术架构,推进从以人为主导的决策回路向"高智力"机器自主推理的转变,形成全过程"人工智能+"供需协同新模式;最后,对未来研究方向进行展望,以期为推进AI赋能下电力可靠供应与新能源高效消纳目标的可持续实现提供参考.
With the rapid expansion of renewable energy installations and the widespread integration of heterogeneous energy sources,the medium-and long-term mechanisms of power-energy balance in new power systems are undergoing profound transformation.Traditional power supply-demand coordination technologies have become increasingly inadequate.In the context of the 5th paradigm of scientific research,marked by the emergence of"AI for science(AI4S)",AI technologies,particularly large language models,offer new pathways for an intelligent redesign of power supply-demand coordination architectures.This paper explores the key characteristics of mid-to-long-term power and energy balance in new power systems and identifies the limitations of conventional architectures.It also elucidates the connotation of AI4S-driven supply-demand coordination and proposes a novel architecture framework anchored in three core components:the Power Knowledge Base,Transformation Interface,and Decision Plugin..Furthermore,it promotes the transition from human-centric decision loops toward machine-autonomous reasoning,realizing a technical roadmap toward a full-process"AI+"pattern.Finally,this paper discusses future research directions to provide insights into achieving reliable power supply and efficient renewable energy utilization under AI empowerment.
