"双碳"目标提出以来,我国加快以沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地区为重点的大型风光基地建设.为提升新能源消纳能力,该文提出一种考虑退役火电改造卡诺电池(Carnot battery,CB)的沙戈荒新能源基地(Desert-Gobi-Wasteland renewable energy base,DGW-REB)电热混合储能(electric-thermal hybrid energy storage,ETHES)优化配置方法.首先,面向含电化学储能和卡诺电池的沙戈荒新能源基地,分析退役火电改造熔盐卡诺电池的基本原理,构建熔盐卡诺电池经济技术特性模型;其次,以基地年净收益最大为目标,建立计及绿证-碳交易机制的沙戈荒新能源基地电热混合储能规划运行一体化模型,基于时间维度分解的全年 8 760 h 时序生产模拟进行求解;最后,以我国库布齐沙漠某新能源基地为例开展仿真分析,验证所提方法可支撑大规模高比例新能源外送.研究结果可为沙戈荒新能源基地储能优化配置提供理论参考.

Since the proposal of the"dual carbon"target,China has accelerated the construction of large-scale renewable energy bases in desert,Gobi and wasteland regions.To improve renewable energy accommodation capacity,this paper proposes an optimization configuration method of electric-thermal hybrid energy storage(ETHES)for Desert-Gobi-Wasteland renewable energy base(DGW-REB)considering the transformation of decommissioned thermal power units into Carnot battery(CB).Primarily,the basic principle of the transformation of decommissioned thermal power units into molten salt CB is analyzed for DGW-REB including electrochemical energy storage and CB,and a model for the economic and technical characteristics of molten salt CB is constructed.Secondly,targeting the maximization of annual net income of DGW-REB and considering the green certificate-carbon trading mechanism,an integrated planning and operation model of ETHES for DGW-REB is established and solved by annual 8 760 h time-series production simulation based on time dimension decomposition.Finally,simulation analyses are carried out by taking a practical renewable energy base example in the Kubuqi Desert as the engineering case.The results verify that the proposed method can support large-scale and high-proportion renewable energy power delivery.The research findings can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization configuration of energy storage of DGW-REB.
