AI时代下医院图书馆员胜任力提升研究OA

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly changing the service pattern of hospital libraries,which puts forward higher requirements for librarians'competence.Through literature analysis,based on the iceberg model,this paper constructs a competence model of hospital librarians including five dimensions:professional knowledge,business skills,collaboration and communication,cognitive thinking and personal characteristics.Professional knowledge covers the core of library and information,interdisciplinary knowledge and technical knowledge;business skills include data and technology applications,information literacy education,information services and research support capabilities;cooperation and communication emphasizes internal and external cooperation and efficient communication;cognitive thinking focuses on crisis and change consciousness,forward-looking innovation consciousness;personal traits require mission ethics,humanistic care and lifelong learning.In view of the existing problems such as resource and technology security,mismatch of librarian'ability and lack of support system,this paper puts forward the strategies of establishing policy standards and career development channels,constructing differentiated training system,innovating performance appraisal mechanism,and promoting the deployment of intelligent infrastructure and the co-construction of alliance resources from four aspects of system guarantee,ability cultivation,management innovation and resource and technology coordination,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical path for the construction of hospital librarians'ability in the AI era.
