某单位成年男性健康体检腹部超声结果及分析OA

Objective To analyze the abdominal ultrasound results of adult male healthy subjects in a unit,in order to put forward health guidance suggestions.Methods A total of 924 complete health examination data of adult males who came to our hospital for physical examination from January to December 2024 were selected.The detection rate of abdominal ultrasound and the incidence of diseases detected in different age groups were analyzed.Results Among 924 adult males,360 cases(38.96％)were detected by abdominal ultrasound.The top three diseases were fatty liver(133/924,14.39％),prostate calcification(71/924,7.68％)and gallbladder polyps(67/924,7.25％).There were significant differences in the detection rates of fatty liver,prostate calcification,gallbladder polyps,liver cysts,renal cysts,prostatic hyperplasia,kidney stones,liver hemangioma and gallbladder stones among different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal ultrasonography plays an important role in physical examination of healthy people.It can detect lesions and development trends in time,which is conducive to early intervention,targeted health guidance,and better health protection.
