AHP-CRITIC法结合正交设计优选白术九蒸九制炮制工艺OA
Optimization of the Nine-Steaming and Nine-Processing Technology of Atractylodes Macrocephala by AHP-CRITIC Method Combined with Response Surface Design
目的:研究白术九蒸九制的最佳炮制工艺.方法:利用高效液相色谱法对九蒸九制白术中白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅱ、白术内酯Ⅲ、苍术酮、多糖、浸出物等成分的含量进行测定,基于各成分含量及外观性状作为评价指标,采用单因素实验法对蒸制白术过程中的蒸制次数、蒸制时间、烘干温度进行考察;通过 AHP-熵权CRITIC混合加权法结合正交试验进行九蒸九制白术炮制工艺的研究.结果:优化白术九蒸九制炮制工艺为蒸制4次,蒸制2h,烘干温度60℃.结论:该方法可行且稳定,可为白术蒸制工艺研究提供参考.
Objective:To study the optimal processing technology of nine-steaming and nine-processing for Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods:High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the contents of Atractylenolide Ⅰ,Atractylenolide Ⅱ,Atractylenolide Ⅲ,and Atractylon in Atractylodes macrocephala processed by nine-steaming and nine-processing.With the contents of these components as evaluation indicators,single-factor experi-ments were conducted to investigate the steaming times,steaming duration,and drying temperature during the steam-ing process of Atractylodes macrocephala;the AHP-entropy weight CRITIC combined weighting method combined with box-behnken response surface was applied to study the nine-steaming and nine-processing technology of Atrac-tylodes macrocephala.Results:The optimized nine-steaming and nine-processing technology for Atractylodes macro-cephala was determined as follows:steaming 4 times,steaming time of 2 hours,and drying temperature of 60℃.Con-clusion:This method is feasible and stable,and can provide a reference for the research on the steaming process of At-ractylodes macrocephala.
