中医药在老挝传播的挑战与路径优化研究OA

The dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine in Laos has become a crucial link in deepening health coop-eration and cultural exchanges between China and Laos.Based on field research and multiple case analyses,this study systematically explores the current state and optimized pathways for TCM dissemination in Laos.The findings reveal that although initial institutionalized progress has been achieved through models such as jointly established cooperation centers,collaborative talent training,and medical assistance,the deep integration of TCM faces multiple structural con-straints:policy and regulatory barriers,a gap in localized talent,cultural differences in background,and a lack of trans-lated classical texts-with the latter two being particularly critical.Accordingly,an integrated strategic framework is proposed:promoting bilateral regulatory coordination and standards mutual recognition at the policy level;constructing a collaborative cultivation model of"TCM scholars and local translators"at the talent level;implementing a dual-track dissemination strategy of"efficacy demonstration and cultural adaptation"at the cultural level;and deepening the de-velopment of"digital TCM"platforms and targeted dissemination at the technological level.The study concludes that the dissemination of TCM in Laos must undergo a paradigm shift from project-based export to systematic integration.Through the four-dimensional interaction of policy,talent,culture,and technology,this framework not only provides an actionable roadmap for the high-quality integration of TCM into Laos'public health system but also contributes the synergistic governance wisdom derived from traditional medicine to deepening the construction of a China-Laos commu-nity with a shared future.
