秀丽莓研究进展及质量标志物预测分析OA
Research progress and quality marker prediction analysis of Rubus amabilis Focke
秀丽莓(Rubus amabilis Focke)为蔷薇科悬钩子属灌木,用药历史悠久,具有清热解毒、活血止痛、止汗止带的功效,用于治疗腰痛、白带、瘰疬、黄水疮、盗汗等.主要含有黄酮、萜、多糖、酚酸类等多种化学成分.对2000年1月—2025年1月间关于秀丽莓的研究文献中的化学成分和药理活性进行综述.系统检索了 PubMed,Web of Science及中国知网(CNKI)等中英文数据库,对检索到的文献及书籍进行筛选与分析,并且基于药理活性和网络药理学研究对秀丽莓的质量标志物(Q-Maker)进行了预测.初步预测原花青素、鞣花酸、(-)-表儿茶素、(+)-儿茶素、1,2,8-三甲氧基-6-羟基(口山)酮、3,3',4,4'-O-四甲基-5'-甲氧基鞣花酸和甜茶单糖苷为秀丽莓的质量标志物.
Rubus amabilis Focke is a shrub of Rubus genus in Rosaceae.It has a long history of medication.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,activating blood and relieving pain,stopping sweat and stopping belt.It is used to treat low back pain,leucorrhea,scrofula,yellow water sore,night sweat and so on.It mainly contains flavonoids,terpenoids,polysaccharides,phenolic acids and other chemical components.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Rubus amabilis Focke from January 2000 to January 2025 were reviewed.The Chinese and English databases such as PubMed,Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were systematically searched,and the retrieved literatures and books were screened and analyzed.Based on pharmacological activity and network pharmacology research,the quality marker(Q-Maker)of Rubus amabilis Focke was predicted.It was preliminarily predicted that proanthocyanidins,ellagic acid,(-)-epicatechin,(+)-catechin,1,2,8-trimethoxy-6-hydroxy ellagic acid,3,3',4,4'-O-tetramethyl-5'-methoxy ellagic acid and sweet tea monosaccharide glycosides were the quality markers of Rubus amabilis Focke.
