高质量发展背景下构建大蒜全产业链标准体系OA
Building a standard system for the entire garlic industry chain under the background of high-quality development
通过对我国现行大蒜产业标准的梳理,厘清了现行大蒜标准之间的关系.发现自2018年《中华人民共和国标准化法》修订后,大蒜产业标准数量明显增长.目前,大蒜生产已经引入遥感技术,且实现全程机械化,同时也有了相应的标准发布.现行大蒜标准较为全面,但仍未完全覆盖大蒜生产到销售的全产业链,某些生产环节仍然无标可依;而且大蒜生产技术类标准繁多重复,质量有待提高;部分标准时效性不强,亟须修订.据此,构建了大蒜全产业链标准体系的框架,旨在推动我国大蒜产业的高质量发展.
The relationship between the current garlic standards has been clarified by sorting out the existing garlic industry standards in China.There has been a significant increase in the number of garlic industry standards since the revision of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China in 2018.At present,remote sensing technology has been introduced into garlic production,and the entire process has been mechanized.Standards have been released,and the current garlic standards are relatively comprehensive.However,they have not yet fully covered the entire industry chain from garlic production to sales,and some production links still have no standards to rely on.Moreover,there are numerous and repetitive standards for garlic production technology,and their quality needs to be improved.Some standards have weak timeliness and urgently need to be revised.Based on this,a framework for the garlic industry chain standard system has been established,with the expectation of contributing to the high-quality development of China's garlic industry.
