20个花生新品系综合鉴定评价及筛选研究OA

为筛选适宜龙岩咸酥花生加工的专用品种,解决原料与加工适应性差的问题,基于田间试验与多维度统计分析,对南方20个花生新品系的17项农艺与品质性状进行了测定,结合相关性分析、主成分分析及系统聚类分析进行综合评价.结果表明农艺性状变异显著,结果枝数变异明显,粗脂肪质量分数稳定性较高;百果重与品质、分枝性状呈正相关;蛋白质与粗脂肪质量分数、果数与果重呈负相关;主成分分析提取的前5个主成分累计贡献率达79.22%;聚类分析将品系划分为4类,第Ⅱ类群为高产优质加工型核心育种群体.龙花194、泉花21和龙花166综合表现突出,为加工咸酥花生的优异种质.上述方法构建的综合评价体系,可为开发和筛选咸酥花生加工专用品种提供参考依据.

To screen specialized peanut varieties suitable for processing Longyan salty and crispy peanuts,and to address issues related to raw material and processing adaptability,this study conducted field experiments and multi-dimensional statistical analyses on 17 agronomic and quality traits of 20 new peanut lines from southern China.Comprehensive evaluation was performed using correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),and systematic cluster analysis.The results showed significant variation in agronomic traits,with noticeable variability in the number of effective branches and high stability in crude fat mass fraction.Hundred-pod weight was positively correlated with quality and branching traits,while protein mass fraction was negatively correlated with crude fat mass fraction,pod number,and pod weight.PCA extracted the first five principal components,which cumulatively explained 79.22%of the total variance.Cluster analysis categorized the lines into four groups,with Group Ⅱ identified as the core breeding population for high yield and superior processing quality.Longhua 194,Quanhua 21,and Longhua 166 exhibited outstanding overall performance,making them excellent germplasms for processing salty and crispy peanuts.The comprehensive evaluation system established in this study provides a valuable reference for developing and screening specialized peanut varieties for salty and crispy peanut processing.
