超临界CO2萃取油茶籽的工艺及储存周期的优选OA

Optimization of supercritical CO2 extraction process and storage period of Camellia oleifera seeds

为了优化超临界CO2萃取储存周期为9个月油茶籽油的工艺参数,运用了单因素及正交试验法,并系统探究了不同储存周期(0、9、18、27、36个月)对油茶籽储藏过程中的品质变化及其经超临界CO2萃取所得油脂品质的影响.结果显示,萃取压力对油茶籽油萃取率的影响最为显著,分离Ⅰ压力影响程度最小,最佳的参数为萃取压力37 MPa、萃取时间120 min、萃取温度45 ℃和分离Ⅰ压力8.0 MPa.同时,随储存周期的延长,油茶籽及其油脂的品质都会有不同程度的改变,其中油脂的过氧化值、不饱和脂肪酸质量分数、谷甾醇质量分数指标差异性明显(P<0.05).综上所述,储存周期不超过9个月为宜,在实际生产过程中,应当根据不同的目标成分选择不同的储存周期.

In order to optimize the process parameters of supercritical CO2 extraction and storage period for 9 months of Camellia oleifera seed oil,single factor and orthogonal experimental methods were used,and the quality changes of C.oleifera seeds during storage and the effects of different storage period(0,9,18,27,36 months)on the quality of the oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction were investigated.The results showed that the extraction pressure had the most significant effect on the extraction rate of C.oleifera seed oil,and the separation Ⅰ pressure was the least effect.The optimal parameters were:extraction pressure of 37 MPa,extraction time of 120 min,extraction temperature of 45℃,and separation Ⅰ pressure of 8.0 MPa.At the same time,it can be seen that with the extension of storage time,the quality of C.oleifera seeds and their oils will change to varying degrees,among which the peroxide value,unsaturated fatty acid mass fraction and sitosterol mass fraction of the oils show significant differences(P<0.05).In summary,it is advisable to store for no more than 9 months.In the actual production process,different storage times should be selected according to different target components.
