基于"CiteSpace+"的苗医药学发展现状分析及思考OA
Research on Miao medicine from the perspective of bibliometrics based on"CiteSpace+"
采用"CiteSpace+"方法,检索多个文献数据库及图书馆,收集苗医药研究相关文献,对苗医药文献进行文献计量学分析,探索其研究现状和发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考和建议.共计纳入2493篇文献(中文2439篇、英文54篇).苗医药领域年发文量呈波动性增长,《中国民族医药杂志》发文最多,贵州中医药大学发文量最多,杜江是核心发文作者,化学成分、含量测定、临床疗效等是研究热点.苗医药学发展有成绩,但存在医药不平衡、整体水平不高等问题,下一步需在经验继承、人才培养、基层服务及理论、临床应用等多方面加强研究.
The'CiteSpace+'method was used to search multiple literature databases and libraries,collect literature related to Miao medicine research,conduct bibliometric analysis of Miao medicine literature,explore its research status and development trend,and provide reference and suggestions for subsequent research.A total of 2 493 articles(2 439 in Chinese and 54 in English)were included.The annual number of publications in the field of Miao medicine showed a fluctuating growth.'Chinese Journal of National Medicine'had the most publications,Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the most publications,Du Jiang was the core author,and chemical composition,content determination and clinical efficacy were research hotspots.The development of Miao medicine has made achievements,but there are problems such as unbalanced medicine and low overall level.The next step is to strengthen research in many aspects such as experience inheritance,talent training,grassroots service and theory,and clinical application.
