野坝子总黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究OA
Study on the extraction technology and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from the foliage of Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl.
使用超声波辅助法,通过响应面分析,确定野坝子总黄酮的提取工艺优化条件,同时对其抗氧化活性进行系统评估.结果表明,野坝子总黄酮的优选提取条件为超声时间25 min、液料比15mL/g、乙醇体积分数80%,在此工艺条件下野坝子总黄酮提取率为5.71%.野坝子总黄酮提取物展现出优良的抗氧化活性,其对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除能力的IC50值为43.707 μg/mL.对2,2'-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基清除能力的IC50值为54.012 μg/mL.研究结果为野坝子在功能性食品、天然抗氧化剂领域的开发提供了工艺参数和理论依据.
This study aims to investigate the extraction methods and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl.foliage.The extraction process for total flavonoids from Elsholtzia rugulosa Hemsl.foliage was optimized using an ultrasound-assisted method based on single-factor experiments combined with response surface methodology,and their antioxidant activity was systematically evaluated.The results indicate that the optimal extraction conditions for total flavonoids are extraction time 25 min,liquid-to-solid ratio 15 mL/g,and ethanol volume fraction 80%.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids reached 5.71%.The extract exhibited excellent antioxidant activity,with IC50 values of 43.707 μg/mL for DPPH radical scavenging capacity and 54.012 μg/mL for ABTS radical scavenging capacity.These findings provide essential process parameters and a theoretical foundation for the development of E.rugulosa Hemsl.in functional foods and natural antioxidant applications.
