云木香中倍半萜类成分及其衍生物的结构修饰与药理活性研究进展OA

Aucklandia lappa Decne.is a traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of use and multiple pharmacological activities.In recent years,with the in-depth research on Asteraceae plants,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Aucklandia lappa have been continuously revealed.This paper systematically reviews the main chemical components of Aucklandia lappa,including dehydrocostus lactone,costunolide,and so on.It further summarizes the research progress on the pharmacological activities of derivatives of these core components after structural modification,particularly the action mechanisms in anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,and gastrointestinal function regulation.It aims to provide a reference for the in-depth research and drug development of Aucklandia lappa and its active components.
