页岩气超长水平段固井低摩阻柔性水泥浆体系研究OA
A Study on Low-Friction Flexible Cement Slurry System for Shale Gas Ultra-Long Horizontal Section Cementing
随着页岩气开发中水平段长度不断刷新,固井作业中面临着水泥浆流动摩阻过高与水泥环易脆裂的技术挑战,研究通过研发具有"刚性骨架-弹性网络"结构的弹性材料并优选聚羧酸分散剂,构建了一套低摩阻柔性水泥浆体系.该弹性材料可显著降低水泥石弹性模量达35%以上,分散剂在低加量下能有效调控浆体流变特性.实验结果表明,该体系在高温条件下流动摩阻较常规水泥浆降低约43.4%,水泥石弹性模量下降近10%,抗冲击强度与抗压强度分别提升约5.8%和3.6%,同时具备低自由液、低滤失及低渗透率等综合优势.该体系具有良好的工程适用性,能够为页岩气超长水平段的安全高效固井提供可靠技术支撑.
With the continual extension of horizontal well sections in shale gas development,cementing operations face technical challenges such as excessively high flow friction of cement slurry and susceptibility to brittleness of the cement sheath.This study developed a low-friction flexible cement slurry system by designing an elastic material with a"rigid skeleton-elastic network"structure and optimizing a polycarboxylate disper-sant.The elastic material can significantly reduce the elastic modulus of set cement by more than35%,while the dispersant effectively regulates the rheological properties of the slurry at a low dosage.Experimental results show that,under high-temperature conditions,the flow friction of this system is reduced by approximately 43.4%compared with conventional cement slurry,the elastic modulus of the cement stone decreases by nearly 10%,and the impact strength and compressive strength increase by about 5.8%and 3.6%,respectively.Moreover,the system exhibits comprehensive advantages such as low free fluid,low fluid loss,and low permeability.With good engineering applicability,this system can pro-vide reliable technical support for the safe and efficient cementing of ultra-long horizontal sections in shale gas wells.
