搅拌速度对硫酸铵结晶影响研究OA
Influence of Mixing Speed Effect on Ammonia Sulfate Crystallization
硫酸铵结晶工艺存在结晶影响因素多、结晶率低、形核不稳定、硫酸铵品质差等问题,为优化某钢厂脱硫系统预洗塔动力学条件,提高硫酸铵结晶量、增大晶体平均粒径和均匀分散性,以预洗塔硫酸铵母液为研究对象,分别采用0、200、250、300 r/min 搅拌速度对母液进行搅拌实验,研究合适的转速及其对结晶量、平均粒径的影响.结果表明:在搅拌速度为300 r/min 的条件下,400 mL 还原后的硫酸铵母液获得的晶体结晶量最大达 67.26 g,平均粒度相对较大为 0.367 mm,且不影响硫酸铵的纯度.研究成果可为优化硫酸铵母液结晶动力学条件提供理论借鉴.
The ammonium sulfate crystallization process faces issues such as multiple influencing factors,low crystallization rates,unstable nucle-ation,and poor ammonium sulfate quality.To optimize the kinetic conditions of the pre-scrubber in the desulfurization system of Kunming Iron and Steel's new facility,and to enhance ammonium sulfate crystallization yield,increase average crystal size,and improve uniform dispersion,this study takes the ammonium sulfate mother liquor from the pre-scrubber as the research subject.Stirring experiments were conducted at speeds of 0,200,250,300 r/min to investigate the appropriate stirring speed and its effects on crystallization yield and average particle size.The results in-dicate that under a stirring speed of 300 r/min,the maximum crystallization yield reached 67.26 g,the average particle size was relatively larger at 0.367 mm,and the purity of ammonium sulfate remained unaffected for 400 mL of ammonium sulfate mother liguor.The findings of this study can provide theoretical insights for optimizing the kinetic conditions of ammonium sulfate mother liquor crystallization.
