尼龙66 具有较好的机械性能和热性能,韧性相对不足.选用尼龙6 弹性体对尼龙66 进行共混挤出增韧改性,研究其机械性能和热性能的变化,提供了一种尼龙66 增韧改性的途径.以 PA66 为基料,分别添加不同用量的尼龙6 弹性体3010、6510,并加入抗氧剂和润滑剂,使用双螺杆挤出机混炼造粒,研究不同用量的尼龙6 弹性体改性尼龙66 的拉伸、弯曲、冲击、热性能等.结果表明,尼龙6 弹性体3010 用量在15%时,尼龙66 的力学性能、热性能保持率在70%以上,其冲击强度提升3~5 倍.通过分析不同含量尼龙弹性体增韧剂时尼龙66 的 DSC 曲线和熔融峰面积,得出其与尼龙66 基料相容性较好,尼龙弹性体的加入降低了尼龙66 基料的结晶度及结晶温度.

Nylon 66 possesses good mechanical and thermal properties but has relatively insufficient toughness.In this paper,nylon 6 elastomer was selected to modify nyl66 via co-extrusion blending to study the changes in its mechanical and thermal properties,providing a pathway for the toughening modification of nylon 66.Using PA66 as the base material,different amounts of nylon 6 elastomer 3010 and 6510 were added,along with antioxidants and lubricants.The mixture was then mixed and granulated using a twin-screw extruder.The tensile,bending,impact,and ther-mal properties of nylon 66 modified by different amounts of nylon 6 elastomer were studied.The results showed that when the amount of nylon 6 elastomer 3010 was 15%,the retention rate of the mechanical and thermal properties of nylon 66 was over 70%,and its impact strength in-creased by 3 to 5 times.By analyzing the DSC curve and melting peak area of nylon 66 with different contents of nylon elastomer toughening a-gent,it was concluded that the compatibility with the nylon 66 base material was good,and the addition of nylon elastomer reduced the crystallin-ity and crystallization temperature of the nylon 66 base material.
