响应面优化黄精多糖超声辅助复合酶提取工艺与活性分析OA
Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Complex Enzyme Extraction of Polysaccharides from Polygonatum Sibiricum Using Response Surface Methodology and Evaluation of Its Antioxidant Activity
为推动黄精多糖在药品和食品领域进一步深度开发,以梵净山黄精为原料,采用响应面优化超声辅助复合酶提取黄精多糖,并研究其抗氧化活性.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为复合酶添加6%、超声波辅助酶解提取时间37 min、乙醇沉淀时间46 min,在此条件黄精多糖提取率为47.72%.黄精多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性,当黄精多糖质量浓度为8 mg/mL 时,对 DPPH 自由基与 ABTS 自由基的清除率分别为54.18%、32.77%.
To promote the deeper exploitation of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides in pharmaceutical and food fields,the ultrasound-assis-ted complex enzyme extraction of polysaccharides from Polygonatum sibiricum sourced from Fanjing Mountain was optimized via response surface methodology,followed by an assessment of its biological activity.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:com-plex enzyme concentration of 6%,ultrasound-assisted enzymolysis time of 37 min,and ethanol precipitation time of 46 min.Under the condi-tions,the polysaccharides content reached 47.72%and the polysaccharides demonstrated good antioxidant activity with DPPH radical scavenging rates of 54.18%and ABTS radical scavenging rates of 32.77%at a concentration of 8 mg/mL.
