橡胶促进剂TMTM微通道高效合成工艺技术开发OA
Development of High-Efficiency Synthesis Technology for Rubber Accelerator TMTM in Microchannels
一硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTM)是一种高效的橡胶硫化促进剂,广泛应用于天然橡胶与合成橡胶的加工过程.传统间歇生产工艺存在反应效率低、产品收率与纯度不高、废水排放量大且 COD 值高等问题.研究采用微通道反应器实现缩合反应的连续化与高效化,并通过优化氧化反应条件显著提升了产品收率与纯度.实验结果表明,新工艺缩合反应时间从2~3 h 缩短至秒级,产品收率可提升 10%~12%,废水 COD 下降 73%.该工艺具有反应时间短、生产效率高、环境友好等优点,具备良好的工业化应用前景.
Tetramethylthiuram monosulfide(TMTM)is a highly efficient rubber vulcanizing accelerator,which is widely used in the processing of natural rubber and synthetic rubber.The traditional batch process suffers from issues such as low efficiency,low product yield,low purity,high wastewater discharge and high COD values.This study employed a microchannel reactor to achieve continuous and efficient condensation reac-tions,while optimized the oxidation reaction conditions to significantly improve yield and purity.Experimental results showed that the condensa-tion reaction time had been shortened from 2-3 hours to second-level,the product yield was increased by 10%-12%,and wastewater COD was decreased by 73%.This process has the advantages of short reaction time,high production efficiency and environmental friendliness,which holds promising industrial application prospects.
