环境样品中总磷测定方法的研究进展OA

Research Progress in the Determination Methods of Total Phosphorus in Environmental Samples

通过查阅文献,系统综述水质、土壤、固体废物及污染源废气中总磷测定方法,重点比较了钼酸铵分光光度法、流动注射分析、离子色谱法等多种方法的原理、适用范围及技术特点,指出当前总磷的分析正向自动化、高灵敏度和绿色化方向发展,要进一步推动方法标准化、分析技术联动化,现场快速测定,以准确和可比监测数据为环境管理服务.

Through literature review,a systematic overview was conducted on the determination methods of total phosphorus in water quality,soil,solid waste,and waste gas from pollution sources.The principles,applicable scopes,and technical characteristics of various methods,such as am-monium molybdate spectrophotometry,flow injection analysis,and ion chromatography,were compared in detail.It is pointed out that the current analysis of total phosphorus is evolving towards automation,high sensitivity,and greenness.Further efforts should be made to promote method standardization,the integration of analytical techniques,and on-site rapid determination,so as to provide accurate and comparable monitoring da-ta for environmental management.
