细支卷烟密端增量对产品质量及抽吸感受的影响OA
Effects of tobacco rod dense-end ratio on product quality and smoking quality of slim cigarettes
为提升细支卷烟抽吸体验、明确卷接工艺调控目标,以烟支长度为97.0 mm、圆周为17.0 mm的细支卷烟为例,分析了不同密端增量细支卷烟在物理指标、动态吸阻、落头趋势、烟气化学成分和感官质量等方面的差异.结果表明:①随着密端增量变大,各组卷烟样品的硬度平均值呈下降趋势;密端增量为7%~15%(B组和C组)的卷烟样品,各项物理指标的稳定性较好.②密端增量大于15%(D组和E组)的卷烟样品,其第2口燃吸的动态吸阻显著大于其他烟支;单口抽吸时烟丝密度每增加10 mg/cm3,相应的动态吸阻约增加15 Pa.③密端增量<7%(A组)的卷烟样品燃烧锥落头概率最高(36%);密端增量越大的烟支,越容易在燃吸中间段(第3~5口)发生燃烧锥落头.④不同密端增量卷烟烟气成分释放量总体差异不大,但逐口释放规律存在差异.在前2口烟气中,与密端增量较小(B组)的卷烟样品相比,密端增量≥20%(E组)的卷烟样品有40种以上化学成分的逐口释放量存在明显差异.⑤从抽吸顺畅感的角度,密端增量≥20%的烟支与密端增量较小和中等(7%~15%)的烟支存在显著差异.该研究可为优化卷接工艺控制、提升细支卷烟抽吸顺畅感等提供方法和数据支持.
To enhance the smoking experience of slim cigarettes and to clarify the control goal for filter cigarette making process,slim cigarettes with a length of 97.0 mm and a circumference of 17.0 mm were studied,and the variations in physical indexes,dynamic draw resistance,combustion cone-falling propensity,mainstream smoke chemical composition and sensory quality among the cigarettes with different dense-end ratios.The results indicated that:1)With an increase in the dense-end ratio,the average hardness of cigarette samples in each group decreased.Cigarette samples with dense-end ratio of 7%-15%(group B and group C)showed better stability of all physical indexes.2)Cigarette samples with dense-end ratio higher than 15%(group D and group E)had significantly higher dynamic draw resistance for the second puff compared with the other cigarettes.The average dynamic draw resistance increased by roughly 15 Pa with a 10 mg/cm³ rise in cut tobacco density for a single puff.3)Cigarette samples with dense-end ratio less than 7%(group A)had the highest combustion cone-falling propensity(36%),while those with higher dense-end ratio were more prone to combustion cone fall in the middle stage of smoking(3rd-5th puffs).4)No significant differences were found in smoke chemical composition among cigarettes with different dense-end ratios,while their puff-by-puff release patterns varied.For samples with dense-end ratio more than 20%(group E),over 40 chemical components in the first two puffs differed significantly from those with low dense-end ratio(group B).5)From the perspective of smoking smoothness,there were significant differences between cigarettes with dense-end ratio more than 20%and cigarettes with small and moderate dense-end ratios(7%-15%).This study provides methodological and data support for optimizing the control of filter cigarette making processes and enhancing the smoking smoothness of slim cigarettes.
