碱性金属氧化物对焦粉灰熔融特性的影响OA
Effects of alkaline metal oxides on ash melting characteristics of coke powder
焦粉是焦化企业产生的固体废弃物,利用焦粉制合成气可以实现降本增效.对于气流床气化来说,焦粉灰熔融特性需要重点关注.选取碱性氧化物CaO、MgO和Fe2O3 作为添加剂,在弱还原性气氛下采用灰熔融性测试仪测定了灰熔融温度,观察了激冷后灰的宏观形貌和微观形貌,通过XRF和TG探究了灰的质量变化原因,借助XRD和FactSage软件分析了灰的矿物组成,研究了添加剂对灰熔融特性的影响,探究了灰熔融温度降低的原因.结果表明,焦粉的灰流动温度为1345℃,其中CaO和MgO的助熔效果显著,而Fe2O3的助熔效果不明显.wCaO=3%时,灰流动温度降低至1217℃;wMgO=5%时,灰流动温度降低至1212℃.灰在升温过程中质量减小的主要原因是硬石膏(CaSO4)分解,影响了灰的矿物组成.灰熔融温度降低的主要原因是硅灰石(CaSiO3)、钙长石(CaAl2Si2O8)和钙黄长石(Ca2Al2SiO7)发生低温共熔,而CaO、MgO能明显调节CaAl2Si2O8和Ca2Al2SiO7含量(质量分数).通过FactSage软件计算发现CaO、MgO 使得灰的液相生成温度降低,且wCaO=3%时助熔效果相对更好,与实验结果一致.
Coke powder is a solid waste produced in coking enterprises,and utilizing coke powder to produce synthesis gas can reduce cost and improve efficiency.For entrained flow gasification,the ash melting characteristics need to be focused on.Alkaline oxides CaO,MgO and Fe2O3 were used as additives,and the ash fusion temperatures were measured by an ash fusion point determination meter under weak reducing atmosphere.The macroscopic morphologies and microscopic morphologies of the quenched ashes were observed,and the causes of the mass changes of the ashes were investigated by XRF and TG,and the mineral compositions of the ashes were analyzed by XRD and FactSage software.The effects of additives on the ash melting characteristics were investigated,and the reasons for the decrease of ash melting temperature were explored.The results show that the ash flow temperature of coke powder is 1345℃,and the fluxing effects of CaO and MgO are significant,while the fluxing effect of Fe2O3 is not obvious.When wCaO=3%,the ash flow temperature decreases to 1217℃,and When wMgO=5%,the ash flow temperature decreases to 1212℃.The main reason for the decrease in mass of ash during the heating process is the decomposition of anhydrite(CaSO4),which affects the mineral compositions.The main reason for the decrease of ash melting temperature is the low-temperature melting of wollastonite(CaSiO3),anorthite(CaAl2Si2O8)and gehlenite(Ca2Al2SiO7),while CaO and MgO can significantly regulate the contents(mass fraction)of CaAl2Si2O8 and Ca2Al2SiO7.FactSage software calculations show that the liquid phase formation temperatures of the ashes decrease due to CaO and MgO.When wCaO=3%,the fluxing effect is relatively better,which is consistent with the experimental results.
