基质栽培下不同养分处理对花生芽苗菜产量和品质的影响研究OA
Study on the Effects of Different Nutrient Treatments on the Yield and Quality of Peanut Sprouts under Substrate Cultivation
为明确基质栽培条件下不同养分供给方式对花生芽苗菜生长及品质的调控效应,筛选适宜室内花生芽生产的养分管理方案,本研究以清水浇灌为对照,设置腐熟羊粪有机肥、史丹利复合肥、园艺浓缩营养液 3 种养分处理,测定并分析花生芽苗菜的根长、茎长、茎径、含水量、芽质量、可溶性蛋白质及可溶性糖含量等指标,采用隶属函数法进行综合评价.结果表明:清水处理的根长(8.4 cm)、茎长(2.4 cm)、芽质量(1.9 g)及茎部含水量均显著高于其他 3 个处理(P<0.05);营养液处理的茎径平均值为0.6 cm,显著高于清水处理(P<0.05);有机肥处理的可溶性蛋白质含量最高,达 23.6%,显著高于清水处理(P<0.05).隶属函数法综合评价显示,不同处理的综合品质从高到低依次为:清水处理>营养液处理>有机肥处理>复合肥处理.综合来看,本试验条件下清水处理在产量和综合品质上表现最优,是室内基质栽培花生芽苗菜的首选养分管理方式;营养液和有机肥处理虽分别在茎径增粗和蛋白质积累方面具有一定优势,但整体表现不及清水处理,且存在养分投入成本高、易抑制芽苗伸长生长的问题.
To clarify the regulatory effect of different nutrient supply methods on the growth and quality of peanut sprouts under sub-strate cultivation and screen the optimal nutrient management scheme for indoor peanut sprout production,this study took clear-water irrigation as the control and set up three nutrient treatments:decomposed sheep manure organic fertilizer,Stanley compound fertilizer,and horticultural concentrated nutrient solution.The indexes including root length,stem length,stem diameter,water content,weight,soluble protein content,and soluble sugar content of peanut sprouts were determined and analyzed,and a comprehensive evaluation was carried out by the membership function method.The results showed that the root length(8.4 cm),stem length(2.4 cm),weight(1.9 g),and stem water content of the clear-water treatment were significantly higher than those of the other three treatments(P<0.05).The average stem diameter of the nutrient solution treatment was 0.6 cm,which was significantly higher than that of the clear-water treatment(P<0.05).The soluble protein content of the organic fertilizer treatment was the highest,reaching 23.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the clear-water treatment(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation by the membership function method showed that the comprehensive quality of different treatments from high to low was:clear-water treatment>nutrient solution treatment>organic fertilizer treatment>compound fertilizer treatment.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,the clear-water treatment has the best performance in yield and comprehensive quality and was the preferred nutrient management method for indoor substrate cultivation of peanut sprouts.Although the nutrient solution and organic fertilizer treatments have certain advantages in stem diameter thickening and protein accumulation respectively,their overall performance is inferior to the clear-water treatment,and they have the problems of high nutrient input cost and easy inhibition of sprout elongation growth.
