为探究不同授粉方式对设施杏坐果率和果实品质的影响程度,更好地获取设施杏的最佳产量、优良品质和经济收益最大化,以设施'金太阳'杏为试验材料,设置自然授粉(A 处理)、熊蜂授粉(B 处理)、纯花粉(花粉悬浊液)授粉(C 处理)和"花粉+熊蜂"授粉(D 处理)4 种处理,测定其果实坐果率、纵径、横径、果形指数、单果质量、果实硬度、可溶性固形物和色泽,并对不同授粉方式下的产量、产值、投入成本和净收益进行调查,结合主成分分析,筛选最优授粉方式.结果表明,不同授粉方式对设施杏坐果率和果实品质的影响存在差异.B、C、D 处理的坐果率分别为 28.26%、25.66%、34.90%,C 处理果实硬度最高为 17.38 N·cm-2,D处理的单果质量显著高于A 处理,为 66.84 g,B 处理和 C 处理的单果质量均高于 A 处理,分别为61.55 g 和63.94 g.3 种人工辅助授粉均可提高设施杏坐果率,其中"花粉+熊蜂"授粉(D 处理)提升幅度最大,较 A 处理提高 46.37%.将 8 个性状指标利用主成分分析,提取到2 个主成分.根据设施杏各个指标权重进行计算并排序,各授粉方式综合得分值由高到低为:D 处理>C 处理>B 处理>A 处理.综上,"花粉+熊蜂"授粉(D 处理)是设施'金太阳'杏较适宜授粉方式.

To investigate the effects of different pollination methods on the fruit setting rate and fruit quality of apricots in greenhouse cultivation,and to achieve optimal yield,superior fruit quality,and maximum economic benefits,this experiment was carried out with the apricot cultivar'golden sun'as the test material under protected cultivation conditions.Four pollination treatments were set,in-cludingnatural pollination(Treatment A),bumblebee pollination(Treatment B),pure pollen suspension pollination(Treatment C),and combined'pollen+bumblebee'pollination(Treatment D).The fruit setting rate,longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,fruit shape index,single fruit weight,fruit firmness,soluble solids content,and fruit color were measured.Meanwhile,the yield value,production-costs,and net profit under the three artificial pollination methods were analyzed.On the basis of the above indexes,principal compo-nent analysis was performed to comprehensively evaluate and select the optimal pollination method.The results showed that different pollination methods had varying effects on the fruit setting rate and fruit quality of greenhouse apricots.The fruit setting rates of Treat-ments B,C,and D were 28.26%,25.66%and 34.90%,respectively.Treatment C presented the highest fruit firmness with a value of 17.38 N·cm-2.Treatment D had the maximum single fruit weight of 66.84 g,significantly higher than Treatment A.Treatments B and C also exhibited heavier single fruits than Treatment A,with values of 61.55 g and 63.94 g,respectively.All three artificial pollination methods improved the fruit setting rate of greenhouse apricots,with the'pollen+bumblebee'combination(Treatment D)showing the greatest increase of 46.37%.Eight trait indicators were analyzed by principal component analysis,and two principal components were extracted.Based on the calculated weights of each indicator,the comprehensive scores of different pollination methodswere ranked in the order:Treatment D>Treatment C>Treatment B>Treatment A.In conclusion,the combined'pollen+bumblebee'pollination(Treat-ment D)was the optimal method for'golden sun'apricot under greenhouse conditions.
