Effects of Sowing Date and Planting Density on Growth,Development and Yield of Perilla frutescens
为明确山西忻州地区紫苏适宜播期和密度,2024 年以'吉苏 1 号'为试验材料,采用裂区试验设计,主区设置 S1(5 月 6日)、S2(5 月 25 日)、S3(6 月 16 日)3 个播期,副区设置 D1(30 000 株·hm-2)、D2(45 000 株·hm-2)、D3(60 000 株·hm-2)3 个密度,探究播期与密度对紫苏生育进程、农艺性状、干物质积累及产量的调控效应.结果表明:播期是调控生育进程的主导因子,随着播期的推迟,全生育期从 131~132 d 缩短至 102~103 d,缩短约 29 d;密度对生育时期影响不显著.播期推迟显著降低株高、茎粗、分枝数及单株干物质积累量;增加密度则加剧株高徒长,但显著抑制茎粗、分枝数和单株干物质积累.播期与密度互作对茎粗、分枝数及群体干物质积累量影响显著或极显著.产量构成中,S1、S2 播期下产量随密度增加呈先升后降趋势,D2 处理的产量最高,分别为 759.05、731.25 kg·hm-2;相关性分析显示,产量与株高、分枝数、茎粗及千粒质量呈极显著正相关,群体过大会抑制个体穗部发育.综上,山西忻州地区紫苏宜在 5 月播种,留苗密度以 45 000 株·hm-2 为宜.
To determine the optimal sowing date and planting density for perilla(Perilla frutescens)in Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province,a field experiment was conducted in 2024 using the cultivar'Jisu 1'(Perilla frutescens).A split-plot experimental design was adopted.The main plots comprised three sowing dates:S1(May 6),S2(May 25),and S3(June 16).The subplots comprised three planting densi-ties:D1(30 000 plants·hm-2),D2(45 000 plants·hm-2),and D3(60 000 plants·hm-2).The effects of sowing date and density on growth progression,agronomic traits,dry matter accumulation,and yield were investigated.The results showed that sowing date was the domi-nant factor regulating the growth period.Delaying sowing significantly shortened the total growth duration from 131-132 days to 102-103 days,a reduction of approximately 29 days,while planting density had no significant effect on phenological stages.Delayed sowing markedly reduced plant height,stem diameter,branch number,and per-plant dry matter accumulation.Increased density exacerbated plant etiolation(height increase)but significantly suppressed stem diameter,branch number,and per-plant dry matter accumulation.The interaction between sowing date and density had significant or highly significant effects on stem diameter,branch number,and population dry matter accumulation.Regarding yield components,under S1 and S2,yield first increased and then decreased with in-creasing density,with the highest yield recorded at D2(759.05 kg·hm-2 and 731.25 kg·hm-2,respectively).Correlation analysis re-vealed that yield was highly significantly and positively correlated with plant height,branch number,stem diameter,and 1 000-grain weight,while excessive population density suppressed individual ear development.Overall,for perilla cultivation in Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province,sowing should be arranged in May,with a recommended planting density of 45 000 plants·hm-2.
