为探究盐胁迫对玉米萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以'06533''大京九 4054''九圣禾 2468'为试验材料,设置 0%、0.3%、0.5%、0.8%、1.0%NaCl 溶液处理,测定露白率、发芽率、发芽势、根冠比、株高、根长等指标,采用隶属函数法综合评价各品种耐盐性.结果表明,盐胁迫会显著抑制各项生长指标,抑制效果随盐浓度升高而加重;不同品种间耐盐性差异显著,耐盐性强弱顺序为'大京九 4054'>'06533'>'九圣禾 2468','大京九 4054'在 1.0%高盐下发芽率仍为 98.2%,可作为盐碱地种植的备选品种.

In order to clarify the effects of salt stress on maize germination and seedling growth,'06533','Dajingjiu 4054'and'Jiushenghe 2468'were used as materials,and NaCl solutions at concentrations of 0%,0.3%,0.5%,0.8%and 1.0%were set up to determine the relevant germination and growth indicators.The results showed that all the indexes were significantly inhibited by salt stress,and the inhibition was intensified with the increase of concentration.A significant difference in salt tolerance among varieties was observed.The order of salt tolerance is'Dajingjiu 4054'>'06533'>'Jiushenghe 2468'.'Dajingjiu 4054'has the strongest salt tolerance;its germination rate was 98.2%under 1.0%NaCl stress,while'Jiushenghe 2468'is the most sensitive.It is suggested that'Dajingjiu 4054'be preferred in saline-alkali land'06533'.
