Effects of Phosphorus Treatments on Rhizosphere Microorganisms and Root Morphology of Millet

为明确低磷胁迫对谷子根际微生物数量及根系形态的影响,并为谷子精准施磷和耐低磷品种筛选提供理论依据,以'济谷 13'(耐低磷)、'晋谷 21'(磷敏感)、'豫谷 18'(常规)为材料,在大田条件下设置低磷(P0)和正常磷(PN)2 个处理,于孕穗期测定根际细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及根系形态指标.结果表明:低磷降低了 3 个品种根际微生物数量,抑制了根系建成;'晋谷21'根际微生物降幅小,总根长保持较高水平,耐低磷性较强;'济谷13'根系直径增大;'豫谷 18'适应性较弱.综上,谷子根际微生物数量与根系形态对低磷胁迫存在协同响应规律,不同磷响应特性品种的耐低磷能力与适应策略存在显著遗传分化;'晋谷21'综合耐低磷表现突出,可作为低磷旱作区谷子种植与耐低磷育种的优良种质.

To clarify the effects of low phosphorus stress on rhizosphere microorganisms and root morphology of millet,three millet va-rieties('Jigu13','Jingu21','Yugu18')were used with low phosphorus(P0)and normal phosphorus(PN)treatments under field condi-tions.The quantities of rhizosphere bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes and root morphological indices were determined at booting stage.The results showed that low phosphorus reduced rhizosphere microorganisms and inhibited root development.'Jingu21'exhibited smaller decreases in microorganisms and maintained higher total root length with stronger low-phosphorus tolerance.'Jigu13'increased root diameter.'Yugu18'showed weaker adaptability.In conclusion,rhizosphere microorganisms and root morphology of millet present a synergistic response pattern to low phosphorus stress,and the low-phosphorus tolerance and adaptation strategies of varieties with dif-ferent phosphorus response characteristics show significant genetic differentiation.'Jingu21'has outstanding comprehensive low-phos-phorus tolerance,which can be used as an excellent germplasm for millet cultivation and low-phosphorus-tolerant breeding in low-phosphorus dry farming areas.
