在绿色发展与铁路物流市场化改革背景下,铁路物流企业为客户提供一体化、绿色化的仓储、运输及综合物流服务是重要改革方向之一.借鉴交通物流行业碳排放研究成果,提出铁路物流服务运输、仓储、装卸业务在不同能源消耗类型下的碳排放计算方法,以铁路储运一体化方案物流费用及碳排放费用作为双目标优化函数,采用加权标准化方法建立总目标函数,并考虑铁公联运与运到时限要求,构建包含碳排放的铁路物流储运一体化方案优化模型.通过仿真求解验证模型的科学性与适用性,研究结果显示,减少铁公联运换装次数对于降低碳排放存在较为显著的影响,通过协同规划到货时间窗与铁路运输方案,能够有效降低总物流费用.

In the context of green development and market-oriented reform of railway logistics,providing customers with integrated and green warehousing,transportation,and comprehensive logistics services is one of the important reform directions for railway logistics enterprises.Drawing on the research results of carbon emissions in the field of transportation and logistics,this paper proposed a carbon emission calculation method for railway logistics service,considering transportation,warehousing,loading,and unloading operations under different energy consumption types.The logistics cost and carbon emission cost of the railway storage and transportation integration scheme were used as dual objective optimization functions,and a weighted standardization method was adopted to establish the overall objective function.Considering the requirements of rail-road intermodal transportation and delivery time limit,a railway logistics storage and transportation integration scheme optimization model that included carbon emissions was constructed.By simulating and verifying the scientificity and applicability of the model,the research results show that reducing the number of rail-road intermodal transportation changes has a significant impact on reducing carbon emissions.By coordinating the planning of arrival time windows and railway transportation schemes,the total logistics costs can be effectively reduced.
