基于复杂网络的城市轨道交通系统突发事件多层灾害链研究OA
Research on Multi-Layer Disaster Chain of Emergencies in Urban Rail Transit Systems Based on Complex Networks
城轨系统作为现代化城市的生命线工程,其运营过程中发生灾害时,经过灾害环境孕育,引发次生灾害,形成灾害链.为了更好地掌握城轨系统灾害链带来的风险,基于国内457起城轨系统事故案例,归纳形成17类典型原生灾害事件,结合城轨系统线路层、站台层和站厅层的空间结构特征,构建出多层城市轨道交通系统灾害链网络模型.进一步选取节点度、中介度、紧密度和聚类系数为评价指标,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,对多层灾害链网络节点综合重要性进行评价.结果显示所构建的灾害链网络模型能够反映出灾害事件的传播关系,其中,设备故障、乘客不安全行为、大面积停电、水灾和火灾等节点综合重要性较高,是灾害链传播中的关键节点,应作为运营安全管理和应急防控的重点对象.研究结果可为城轨系统分层分区风险识别、关键节点管控及系统韧性提升提供参考.
As lifeline engineering in modern cities,when disasters occur during the operation of urban rail transit systems,they induce secondary disasters through the incubation of the disaster environment,forming disaster chains.To better grasp the risks brought by disaster chains in urban rail transit systems,based on 457 accident cases of urban rail transit systems in China,17 categories of typical primary disaster events were summarized,and combining the spatial structural characteristics of the line layer,platform layer,and concourse layer of urban rail transit systems,a multi-layer disaster chain network model of urban rail transit systems was constructed.Furthermore,degree centrality,betweenness centrality,closeness centrality,and clustering coefficient were selected as evaluation indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the indicator weights to evaluate the comprehensive importance of nodes in the multi-layer disaster chain network.The results show that the constructed disaster chain network model can reflect the propagation relationships of disaster events,among which nodes such as equipment failure,unsafe passenger behavior,large-scale power outage,flood,and fire have high comprehensive importance and are key nodes in disaster chain propagation,which should be regarded as priority targets for operational safety management and emergency prevention and control.The research results can provide a reference for hierarchical and regional risk identification,key node control,and system resilience improvement of urban rail transit systems.
