我国铁路物流金融的演进脉络与发展趋势研究OA

In recent years,China has continuously strengthened policy support for railway logistics finance,driving its service models to become increasingly diversified,which significantly plays an important role of railway logistics finance in serving the real economy and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.To clarify the historical evolutionary path of railway logistics finance in China and explore the opportunities and challenges encountered throughout its century-long development,this paper adopted literature research and comparative case analysis methods and integrated and analyzed relevant literature and data from the dual perspectives of trust reconstruction and ecosystem building.The results show that the development of railway logistics finance in China can be roughly divided into three stages:"modern exploration period","modern gap period",and"contemporary innovation period",exhibiting a spiral evolutionary characteristic of"germination,dormancy,and revival".At the level of trust relationships,railway logistics finance in China gradually realizes a reconstruction process,evolving from reliance on"interpersonal credit"to dependence on"asset-based credit"and further advancing towards"data-driven credit".At the level of structural form,it experiences a systemic transformation from localized"point breakthroughs"to an overall"whole-chain reconstruction".The research results provide policy implications and practical reference value for improving the institutional design of railway logistics finance and building resilient supply chains in the future.
