基于全路车流管理系统的调度阶段计划多工种协同编制应用研究OA
Multi-Specialty Collaborative Preparation of Scheduling Stage Plan Based on Nationwide Train Flow Management System
调度阶段计划作为铁路运输生产的核心环节,其编制质量直接影响运输组织的效率与安全.当前调度阶段计划编制过程普遍存在跨工种信息交互滞后、数据孤岛现象显著、协同机制不完善等问题,造成车流接续不畅、资源利用效率低.针对以上问题,以全路车流管理系统为技术支撑,提出一种多工种协同编制框架,旨在通过系统化集成实现运输调度阶段计划全流程的优化:依托数据平台整合车流、线路等实时信息,实现调度、机务、货运等工种的动态交互与任务分配,生成最优阶段计划.在此基础上,明确了多工种协同编制流程,实现了全路车流管理系统可视化的多岗位信息实时共享及反馈,为切实提高调度阶段计划编制准确性、铁路运输企业调运效率与实现企业数字化转型提供了理论支撑.
The scheduling stage plan is a core component of railway transport operations,and its quality directly affects the efficiency and safety of transport organization.At present,the preparation of scheduling stage plan is generally hindered by delayed cross-specialty information exchange,pronounced data silos,and inadequate collaboration mechanisms.These issues result in poor train flow continuity and inefficient resource utilization.To solve the problems,this study proposed a multi-specialty collaborative preparation framework technically supported by the nationwide train flow management system.The framework was designed to achieve whole-process optimization of transport scheduling stage plans through systematic integration.It involves integrating real-time information on train flows,railway lines,and other operational parameters using a data platform,implementing dynamic interaction and task assignment among various specialties such as dispatching,locomotive,and freight operation,and generating optimal stage plans.On this basis,the workflow of multi-specialty collaborative preparation was determined,enabling visualized real-time information sharing and feedback among multiple specialties within the nationwide train flow management system.This study provides theoretical support for effectively improving the accuracy of scheduling stage plan preparation,enhancing the transport organization efficiency of railway transport enterprises,and facilitating their digital transformation.
