In view of the core pain points of China Railway Lanzhou Group Co.,Ltd.,such as prominent barriers to data sharing and weak business collaboration capabilities in its existing dispatching system,this paper elaborated on the solution and application practice of the China railway transportation dispatching and command platform,which is centered on the concepts of"three-level integration,data-driven operation,and business collaboration".By establishing a unified data exchange standard and a multi-type linkage mechanism,the command platform effectively addresses technical challenges such as low information exchange efficiency across multi-source heterogeneous systems,delayed plan preparation and emergency response.The application results show that in the first phase of construction,over 500 station and section accounts were streamlined,and the error and omission rate of command transmission was reduced from 3.2%to below 0.5%.In the second phase,multi-type operation linkage was achieved and response efficiency was improved by 30%,with significantly reduced data transmission time and notably improved plan preparation efficiency.Practice proves that the construction of the command platform has effectively broken the isolated pattern of systems operating independently,achieved a shift from decentralized control to integrated collaboration in transportation dispatching,significantly improved transportation efficiency and safety control levels,and provided quantifiable practical reference for the intelligent upgrading of railway dispatching.
