上海铁路物流中心货运生产作业与管控平台优化探讨OA

As the core hub of railway freight transportation in the Yangtze River Delta region,Shanghai Railway Logistics Center of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,relying on the digital transformation of the freight production operation and control platform,has significantly improved on-site management efficiency and transportation service quality.Focusing on the promotion and application of the control platform,this paper analyzed the application status of the freight production operation and control platform in Shanghai Railway Logistics Center,as well as the existing problems such as insufficient adaptation of grassroots operations,the aging of infrastructure,and the contradiction between customer service and digital intelligence.Furthermore,this paper proposed the"two-wheel drive"optimization countermeasures:At the technical level,platform efficiency was improved through data integration,operation process optimization,and intelligent station transformation;at the management level,organizational adaptation was achieved based on collaborative mechanism reconstruction,a tiered training system,and customer service iteration,thereby accelerating the digital intelligence transformation of railway logistics and supporting the efficient construction of a modern logistics system.
