长三角铁路网货运通道能力适应性研究OA

Capacity Adaptability of Freight Train Transportation Channels in the Railway Network of the Yangtze River Delta Region

为加快推进运输结构优化调整,推动交通运输绿色低碳发展,促进全社会物流降本增效,通过对长三角铁路网货运通道能力适应性研究,确保铁路运输在现代物流发展中发挥应有的作用.在阐述长三角铁路货运通道概况的基础上,根据长三角铁路网各条线路货物平均密度,梳理分析货运通道分布情况.结合列车运行图列车线条铺画情况,利用公式计算京沪线林场—南京、淮南线双墩集—合肥东、宁芜线、沪昆线春申—新桥、沪昆线乔司—笕桥、沪昆线萧山—金华东、浙萧联络线杭州南—夏家桥、北仑线各区段的图定通过能力利用率,对能力紧张区段进行能力利用情况分析.结合铁路网项目规划建设情况,研究各区段的能力适应性,总结缓解各区段能力紧张的针对性措施.

To accelerate the optimization and adjustment of the transportation structure,promote green and low-carbon development of transportation,and promote cost reduction and efficiency increase in logistics in the whole society,this paper researched the adaptability of railway network freight train transportation channels in the Yangtze River Delta region,ensuring that railway transportation fully plays its due role in modern logistics development.The paper analyzed the distribution of freight transportation channels based on the average density of goods on various railway lines in the Yangtze River Delta region.Combined with the layout of train lines in the train operation diagram,the railway capacity utilization rate was calculated using the formula,including the Jinghu Railway from Linchang Station to Nanjing Station,the Huainan Railway from Shuangdunji Station to Hefeidong Station,the Ningwu Railway,the Hukun Railway from Chunshen Station to Xinqiao Station,the Hukun Railway from Qiaosi Station to Jianqiao Station,the Hukun Railway from Xiaoshan Station to Jinhuadong Station,the Zhexiao Connecting Railway from Hangzhounan Station to Xiajiaqiao Station,and the Beilun Railway.The capacity utilization of the calculated capacity-constrained sections was analyzed.The adaptability of each section was studied in conjunction with the planning and construction of railway network projects,and targeted measures have been summarized to alleviate the capacity tension in the section.
