The development of a transportation powerhouse encompasses the advancement of metro-based logistics.In recent years,metro-based logistics,as an emerging distribution mode,has garnered increasing attention.This paper aims to analyze the current development status,discuss the main problems and core contradictions,and propose solution strategies to promote the healthy and sustainable development of metro-based logistics.Although metro-based logistics is theoretically and technically feasible,its practical implementation faces challenges such as inadequate facilities,a single service model,and low operational efficiency.The contradictions between facility supply and market demand,as well as between service models and market demand,are increasingly exacerbating.Based on this,countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of infrastructure construction,service model innovation,and operational efficiency improvement.For infrastructure construction,it is recommended to increase investment and improve facilities to meet the logistics demand.For service model innovation,diversified service models such as scheduled delivery,on-demand delivery,and cold chain logistics should be explored to enhance market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.For operational efficiency improvement,advanced information technologies and management methods should be introduced,an intelligent logistics information platform should be established;automated loading and unloading equipment should be adopted,and personnel training and management should be strengthened.These measures will help to promote the healthy and sustainable development of metro-based logistics,providing efficient and convenient distribution services for urban operations.
