A Review of Methods for Determining Firing Temperatures of Ancient Ceramics in Ceramic Archaeometry
随着陶瓷科技考古的发展,现代的科技手段在古陶瓷研究领域的应用日益广泛.其中,烧成温度作为解析古陶瓷制作工艺与技术演进的核心参数,具有极高的研究价值.笔者系统地综述了目前测定古陶瓷烧成温度的主要科技方法,详细阐述了热膨胀法、穆斯堡尔谱法及多种光谱分析技术特征;通过对比分析不同方法的检测精度与适用范围,探讨科技考古在深化陶瓷历史认知中的重要意义.
With the development of ceramic archaeometry,the application of modern scientific and analytical techniques in ancient ceramics research is becoming increasingly widespread.As a core parameter for decoding the manufacturing tech-niques and technological evolution of ancient ceramics,firing temperature holds immense research value.This paper sys-tematically reviews the primary scientific methods currently used to determine the firing temperatures of ancient ceramics.It details the research principles,operational procedures,and the respective advantages and disadvantages of the thermal expansion method,M ssbauer spectroscopy,and various spectroscopic analysis techniques.By comparatively analyzing the detection precision and applicable scopes of these different methods,this paper aims to provide a scientific basis for the study of ancient ceramic craftsmanship and to explore the profound significance of archaeometry in deepening our historical understanding of ceramics.
