柔光陶瓷板材表面处理技术研究OA
Research on Surface Treatment Technology of Soft Light Ceramic Panels
笔者针对行业柔光陶瓷板材的痛点问题,研发新型柔光表面处理剂,探究了柔光表面处理剂的实际应用性能,阐明了新型柔光表面处理剂提升耐污染性能和光泽度控制的原理.实验结果表明,当聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基氢硅氧烷、十八烷酸和气相二氧化硅添加量(%)分别为 3~4、3~4、5 和 1,经过柔光表面处理剂的陶瓷板材防污等级可稳定达到 5 级,且光泽度升高控制在 10°以内.新型柔光表面处理剂能够有效修复陶瓷板材表面的气孔和凹坑,并且以化学键的方式在陶瓷板材表面形成连续的网状结构膜层.该膜层具有优异的耐磨性、耐污染性和耐化学腐蚀性.另外,表面的网状结构及镶嵌的改性二氧化硅粒子对光泽度的控制有积极作用.
In this paper,in response to the pain points of the industry's soft-light ceramic panels,a new type of soft-light surface treatment agent has been developed.The practical application performance of the soft light surface treatment agent was investigated,and the principles of how the new soft light surface treatment agent enhances the anti-pollution per-formance,surface quality and gloss control were clarified.The experimental results showed that when the addition amounts of polydimethylsiloxane,methylhydroxysiloxane,cured fatty acids and atmospheric silica were 3%~4%,3%~4%,5%and 1%respectively,the anti-fouling grade of ceramic plates treated with the soft light surface treatment agent could be stably maintained at level 5,and the gloss increased within 10°.The new soft light surface treatment agent can effectively repair the pores and pits on the surface of ceramic plates,and form a continuous network structure film layer on the surface of ceramic plates in a chemical bonding manner.This film layer has excellent wear resistance,anti-pollution and chemical corrosion resistance.In addition,the network structure on the surface and the embedded modified silica particles have a positive effect on the control of gloss.
