目的 分析不同产地川党参质量差异及其影响因素.方法 以不同产地2年生川党参为研究材料,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定川党参多糖含量,高效液相色谱法测定川党参党参苷I和党参炔苷含量,采用相关性分析法对川党参外观性状、土壤理化性质与药材成分进行分析.结果 贵州道真产的川党参质量性状与其他产地有明显差异,其根长、直径、叶片纵径、横径和叶柄长最长,单株干重最重,党参苷I和党参炔苷含量较高;不同产地土壤理化性质存在差异,贵州道真土壤pH值显著高于其他产地,湖北恩施有效磷和速效钾含量显著高于其他产地,而重庆巫山的有机碳、有机质、全氮及碱解氮含量均显著高于其他产地,重庆奉节速效钾含量显著高于其他产地,全磷和全钾各产地无显著差异;相关性分析结果表明川党参多糖与根长、直径和pH呈显著正相关,党参苷I与单株干重、横径和叶柄长呈显著正相关,与有机碳、有机质、全钾和有效磷呈显著负相关,党参炔苷与pH和全钾呈显著负相关,与速效钾呈显著正相关.结论 川党参品质的地域性明显,以道真产川党参质量较优;土壤因子对川党参质量的影响存在差异,建议在川党参的种植中注重土壤酸碱度调节、合理施肥,以提高川党参药材品质.

Objective To analyze the quality differences and influencing factors of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.from different habitats.Methods Two-year-old Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.from different habitats were used as research materials.The phenol-sulfuric acid method was employed to determine the polysaccharide content,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to measure the contents of codonoside I and codonolactone,and correlation analysis was conducted to explore the relationships among the appear-ance traits of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.,soil physicochemical properties,and medicinal components.Results The quality traits of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.from Daozhen,Guizhou showed significant differences from other habitats.It exhibited the longest root length,root diameter,leaf longitudinal and transverse diameters,and petiole length,with the heaviest dry weight per plant,as well as higher contents of codonoside I and codonolactone.Soil physicochemical properties varied significantly among different habitats,the soil pH in Daozhen,Guizhou was notably higher than that in other regions,the available phosphorus and available potassium contents in Enshi,Hubei were significantly higher,the contents of organic carbon,organic matter,total nitrogen,and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in Wushan,Chongqing were all significantly higher,and the available potassium content in Fengjie,Chongqing was significantly higher.No significant differences were found in total phosphorus and total potassium contents across all habitats.Correlation analysis showed that polysaccharides in Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.were significantly positively correlated with root length,root diameter,and pH,codonoside I was significantly positively correlated with dry weight per plant,leaf transverse diameter,and petiole length,but sig-nificantly negatively correlated with organic carbon,organic matter,total potassium,and available phosphorus,codonolactone was sig-nificantly negatively correlated with pH and total potassium,but significantly positively correlated with available potassium.Conclusion The quality of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.demonstrates obvious regional differences,with the variety from Daozhen showing superior quality.Soil factors have differential impacts on the quality of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv..It is recommended to focus on regulating soil pH and implementing rational fertilization in its cultivation to improve the quality of Codonopsis tangshen Oliv..
