弱凝胶化热敏颗粒封堵剂的制备及性能评价OA
Preparation and performance evaluation of weakly gelatinized thermosensitive particle plugging agent
针对塔河油田缝洞型油藏大孔洞封堵中封堵剂驻留能力差、封堵强度低、易被水稀释等问题,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为单体合成三元凝胶聚合物 AAD(AM/AMPS/DMDAAC),并构建了弱凝胶化热敏颗粒封堵剂复合体系,系统评价了该复合体系的耐温耐盐、耐水稀释、抗压强度及封堵性能.实验结果表明,该复合体系耐温耐盐与耐水稀释性能优异;优化后的封堵剂配方为在 8%(w)膨润土+15%(w)S95矿渣粉+2%(w)水泥+75%(w)模拟地层水体系中加入 0.2(w)AAD;在 130℃,20×104 mg/L 矿化度下可保持良好黏度与稳定性,固化时间1~5 h可调,固化后抗压强度达3.3 MPa,对大孔洞及裂缝封堵效果显著,突破压力大于2.23 MPa,可为缝洞型油藏深部封堵提供技术支撑.
To address the technical problems of poor retention ability,low plugging strength,and easy water dilution of plugging agents in large-vug plugging for fractured-cavity reservoirs in the Tahe Oilfield,a terpolymer gel AAD was synthesized using acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),and diallyldimethylammonium chloride(DMDAAC)as monomers.A composite system of weakly gelatinized thermosensitive particle plugging agent was constructed,and its temperature resistance,salt tolerance,water dilution resistance,compressive strength,and plugging performance were systematically evaluated.The results show that the composite system exhibits excellent temperature resistance,salt tolerance,and water dilution resistance.The optimized formula is adding 0.2%(w)polymer AAD in 8%(w)bentonite+15%(w)S95 slag powder+2%(w)cement+75%(w)simulated formation water system.This system can maintain favorable viscosity and stability at 130℃and 20×104 mg/L salinity,with an adjustable curing time of 1-5 h.The compressive strength after curing reaches 3.3 MPa,and the system shows excellent plugging effect on large vugs and fractures with a breakthrough pressure higher than 2.23 MPa.This study can provide technical support for deep plugging in fractured-cavity reservoirs.
