Sm助剂调控Cu/ZSM-5分子筛的NH3-SCR脱硝性能OA
NH3-SCR denitrification performance of Cu/ZSM-5 zeolite regulated by Sm additive
针对 Cu/ZSM-5 催化剂在 NH3-SCR 脱硝反应中存在 Cu 物种易团聚、酸性位点分布不合理及抗水抗硫性能不足等问题,采用浸渍法制备了 Sm 改性的 Cu/ZSM-5 催化剂,研究了 Sm 助剂对催化剂结构及 NH3-SCR 脱硝性能的影响,并利用XRD、FTIR、N2 吸附-脱附、UV-Vis DRS、NH3-TPD、NO-TPD 和 H2-TPR 等方法对催化剂进行表征.实验结果表明,Cu和Sm的引入未破坏H-ZSM-5分子筛的MFI骨架结构,金属物种在载体表面分散良好.Sm的加入可调节催化剂的酸性分布,提高 Cu 物种分散度及氧化还原性能,增强 NH3 和 NO 的吸附与活化能力.当 Sm 和 Cu 的质量分数分别为 2%和 3%时,催化剂在 200~400℃范围内表现出优异的脱硝性能,NO 转化率保持在 95%以上;在 10%(φ)H2O 和 100 μmol/mol SO2 条件下仍具有较高活性,且在 250℃下连续运行 120 h 仍表现出良好的稳定性,说明 Sm 助剂能够有效提升 Cu/ZSM-5 催化剂的NH3-SCR 脱硝性能及抗毒稳定性,为高效脱硝催化剂的设计与开发提供参考.
To address issues of easy aggregation of Cu species,unreasonable distribution of acidic sites,and insufficient water and sulfur resistance of Cu/ZSM-5 catalysts NH3-SCR denitrification,Sm-modified Cu/ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by impregnation.The effects of Sm as a promoter on the structural properties and NH3-SCR denitrification performance of the catalysts were investigated,and the catalysts were characterized using XRD,FTIR,N2 adsorption-desorption,UV-Vis DRS,NH3-TPD,NO-TPD,and H2-TPR.The results show that the introduction of Cu and Sm does not destroy the MFI framework structure of the H-ZSM-5 zeolite,and the metal species are well dispersed on the support surface.The addition of Sm can adjust the distribution of catalyst acidity,improve the dispersion of Cu species and redox properties,and enhance the adsorption performance and activation ability of NH3 and NO.When the mass fraction of Sm and Cu is 2%and 3%,the catalyst exhibits excellent denitrification performance in the range of 200-400℃.maintaining NO conversion above 95%.It also shows high activity under conditions of 10%(φ)H2O and 100 μmol/mol SO2 and demonstrates good stability during 120 h of continuous operation at 250℃.This indicates that the Sm promoter can effectively enhance the NH3-SCR denitrification ability and poison resistance stability of the Cu/ZSM-5 catalyst.This study provides a reference for the design and development of efficient denitrification catalysts.
