发展学生代数思维的单元教学实验研究OA

An Experimental Study on Unit Teaching for Developing Students'Algebraic Thinking:A Case of the Unit"Algebraic Representation"

代数思维作为链接"算术"与"代数"课程的桥梁受到国内外数学教育工作者的持续关注.《义务教育数学课程标准(2022 年版)》将"方程"调整至第四学段,但在第三学段加强了"用字母表示"的内容,以发展小学生的代数思维.研究在理清"代数思维"内涵的基础上,针对五年级"用字母表示"单元,整体设计并实施了单元教学,引导学生经历一般化概括、表示、推理的全过程,从而发展代数思维.教学实验前后测结果表明,实验组学生的代数思维后测成绩显著高于对照组;相比于对照组,实验组学生的成绩增幅更大、差异更显著,表明开展"用字母表示"单元整体教学实验对代数思维的发展具有较大的促进作用.

Algebraic thinking,serving as a pivotal bridge linking"arithmetic"and"algebra"courses,has garnered sustained attention from mathematics educators worldwide.The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)in China has shifted the topic of"equations"to the fourth stage of learning whilst strengthening the content on"algebraic representation"in the third stage to cultivate algebraic thinking among primary school students.Drawing upon a clarified definition of"algebraic thinking",this study specifically designed and implemented a unit teaching for the 5th-grade"algebraic representation".It guided students through the entire process of generalization,representation,and reasoning,thus fostering their algebraic thinking.Pre-test and post-test results from the teaching experiments showed that the experimental group of students had significantly higher levels of algebraic thinking compared to those in the control group.Furthermore,compared to the control group,the experimental group students showed a greater increase in scores and more notable differences,indicating that the integrated design of the"algebraic representation"unit had a substantial promotional effect on the development of algebraic thinking.
