高中数学教师MKT的比较研究:基于认知网络的分析OA

A Comparative Study of High School Mathematics Teachers'MKT:An Epistemic Network Analysis

教师的知识结构是影响教师教学质量与学生学习成效的重要因素.运用认知网络分析方法,对 8 位高中数学教师的 MKT进行编码,并构建认知网络模型,比较不同教师群体与课程类型的知识结构差异.发现:(1)整体认知网络中,SCK处于核心地位,与 CCK、KCS 和 KCT 形成稳定结构,而 HCK 与 KCC 相对边缘;(2)专家型教师更注重 PCK,其认知网络结构更为紧密复杂,而新手教师则更依赖 SMK,结构较为单一;(3)新授课中两类教师均未形成稳定的模式,但专家型教师的知识整合度更高;习题课中两类教师的组间差异不显著,但专家型教师组内差异小,教学更稳定.研究表明,认知网络分析有助于揭示不同发展阶段教师 MKT的结构差异,并为教师专业发展与课堂改进提供依据.

Teachers'knowledge structure is a key factor influencing teaching quality and students'learning outcomes.This study employs Epistemic Network Analysis to code the MKT of eight high school mathematics teachers and constructs epistemic network models to compare differences in knowledge structures across different groups of teachers and lesson types.The findings show that:(1)within the overall cognitive network,SCK occupies a central position and forms a stable structure with CCK,KCS,and KCT,while HCK and KCC are relatively peripheral;(2)expert teachers place greater emphasis on PCK,exhibiting more dense and complex cognitive network structures,whereas novice teachers rely more heavily on SMK,resulting in relatively simpler structures;(3)in new lesson delivery,neither group of teachers forms a stable pattern,but expert teachers demonstrate a higher degree of knowledge integration;in exercise lessons,differences between groups are not significant,while expert teachers show smaller within-group variation and greater instructional stability.The study demonstrates that Epistemic Network Analysis is effective in revealing structural differences in teachers'MKT at different stages of development and provides evidence and implications for teacher professional development and the improvement of mathematics classroom quality.
