为明确山西省松林生态系统下松材线虫病媒介及潜在媒介昆虫的分布格局及其影响因子,采用诱捕器监测与样地调查相结合的方法,于2024年4-9月调查位于山西省沿黄河"几"字湾区域的沁水县国营大尖山林场、中条山国有林管理局横河林场和吕梁山国有林管理局辖区林场内危害松林的天牛类蛀干害虫.结果表明:共捕获10种天牛,松材线虫媒介昆虫包括松墨天牛Mono-chamus alternatus,潜在媒介昆虫包括云杉小墨天牛Monochamus sutor;松墨天牛成虫诱捕量与白皮松Pinus bungeana占比呈极显著正相关;松墨天牛在松林生态系统中占据的生态位宽度最小,褐梗天牛Arhopalus rusticus占据的生态位宽度最大,在油松Pinus tabuliformis与华山松Pinus arman-dii混交林中,松墨天牛与褐梗天牛、云杉小墨天牛、小灰长角天牛Acanthocinus griseus间的生态位重叠度均较低;云杉小墨天牛诱捕量在不同海拨梯度下呈现"U"形分布格局,在海拔1 100 m左右诱捕量最低;松墨天牛的诱捕量在海拔1 000~1 050 m达到最高,后随海拔升高逐渐降低.研究结果可为山西省松林生态系统重要天牛类蛀干害虫及松材线虫病的防控与监测提供重要的理论依据.

To clarify the distribution patterns and influencing factors of the vector and potential vector insects of pine wilt disease in the pine forest ecosystem of Shanxi province,the longhorn beetle borers infesting pine forests was investigated from April to September in 2024,using the combination of trap monitoring and sample plot surveys in Qinshui County State-owned DaJian Mountain Forest Farm in Qinshui county,Henghe Forest Farm under the Zhongtiao Mountain State-owned Forest Management Bureau,and forest farms under the Lyuliang Mountain State-owned Forest Management Bureau,located in the"Ji"-shaped bend area along the Yellow River.The results showed that a total of 10 species of longhorn beetles were captured,with the vector insects including Monochamus alternatus and potential vector insects including Monochamus sutor;the number of trapped adults of M.alternatus was significantly positively correlated with the proportion of Pinus bungeana.In the pine forest ecosystem,M.alternatus occupied the smallest niche width,while Arhopalus rusticus occupied the largest niche width,and in mixed forests of Pinus tabuliformis and Pinus armandii,the niche overlapped between M.alternatus and A.rusticus,M.sutor,Acanthocinus griseus was relatively low,respectively.The trapping amount of M.sutor exhibited a"U"-shaped distribution pattern,with the lowest at around 1 100 m altitude,whereas M.alternatus peaked in the 1 000-1 050 m altitude range and then gradually decreased with increasing altitude.These results provide an important theoretical basis for the prevention,control,and monitoring of key longhorn beetle pests and pine wilt disease in the pine forest ecosystem of Shanxi province.
