大栗鳃金龟蒙古亚种线粒体全基因组结构及其系统发育分析OA
The complete mitochondrial genome structure and phylogenetic position of Melolontha hippocastani mongolica
为明确重要农林害虫大栗鳃金龟蒙古亚种Melolontha hippocastani mongolica系统发育地位,进行线粒体全基因组测序、注释和系统发育分析.结果表明:大栗鳃金龟蒙古亚种线粒体基因组全长17 998 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因、22个转运RNA基因和1个非编码控制区组成;大栗鳃金龟蒙古亚种与Rhopaea magnicornis亲缘关系较近,属于金龟科Scarabae-oidea鳃金龟亚科Melolonthidae.该结果可丰富对金龟科物种间系统发育关系的认识.
To clarify the phylogenetic status of Melolontha hippocastani mongolica,an important agriculture and forestry pest,the complete mitochondrial genome of M.hippocastani mongolica was sequenced,annotated,and was subjected to phylogenetic analysis.Results showed that the complete mitochondrial genome of M.hippocastani mongolica was 17 998 bp in length,including 13 protein-coding genes,two ribosomal RNA genes,22 transfer RNA genes,and one non-coding control region.M.hippocastani mongolica and Rhopaea magnicornis were clustered into one branch with close genetic relationship,and the species belonged to the family Scarabaeoidea.The results could enrich the understanding of the phylogenetic relationships among the species in Scarabaeoidea.
