云杉叶枯病生防菌株鉴定与筛选OA
Identification and screening of biocontrol strains for spruce leaf blight
为筛选云杉叶枯病的高效生防菌株,从健康云杉Picea asperata根际土壤样本中分离获得6株对云杉叶枯病病原菌Nothophoma quercina具有拮抗作用的菌株.通过形态学、生理生化特性和分子生物学方法鉴定菌株,采用平板对峙法获得6株菌株的抑菌谱,利用室内离体试验测定生防菌株离体防治效果.结果表明:获得菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis,具有较广的抑菌谱,对N.quercina的抑制效果较好,抑菌率在54.76%~72.90%;生防菌株对云杉叶枯病的室内离体防治效果在48.5%~64.4%.试验结果为云杉叶枯病绿色防控提供了新生防菌株.
To screen for highly effective biocontrol strains against spruce leaf blight,six strains which exhibited antagonistic effects against the pathogen of spruce leaf blight,Nothophoma quercina,were isolated from the rhizosphere soil samples of healthy spruce trees.These strains were identified using morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as molecular biological methods.The antagonistic spectra of the six strains were obtained by dual-culture plate confrontation method.The control efficacy of the biocontrol strains was determined by in vitro experiments.The results showed that six strains were identified as Bacillus subtilis,which exhibited a broad-spectrum inhibitory effect.Six biocontrol strains were found to have good inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of N.quercina,the inhibitory rate was from 54.76%to 72.90%.The in vitro control efficacy of the bacterial strains was from 48.5%to 64.4%.Results provide beneficial biocontrol strains for the green prevention and control of spruce leaf blight.
