为有效防控黑胸樟叶蜂Moricella nigrita,通过3 a室内饲养与野外试验,观察其年生活史、生活习性,并开展无公害防治试验.结果表明:黑胸樟叶蜂在四川崇州地区1 a发生3代,世代重叠,6月中下旬老熟幼虫入土结茧以预蛹越(夏)冬,翌年2月中旬开始羽化;第1,2,3代(越冬代)卵分别始见于3月上旬、4月上旬、5月上旬;卵期7~9 d,幼虫期9~18 d,蛹期1~4 d,越冬预蛹期约260 d;成虫偏好雨后晴天上午出土,无补充营养习性,羽化出土后即可交配产卵;成虫对黄色、绿色粘虫板有明显趋向性;幼虫4龄,1~2龄幼虫食叶量小,而3~4龄幼虫取食量显著增加,老熟后入土结茧.黄色粘虫板诱捕成虫效果优于绿色粘虫板;1%阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(CS)3 500倍液、25%甲维·灭幼脲悬浮剂(SC)3 000倍液及0.5%印楝素乳油(EC)400倍液喷雾防治幼虫3 d后,防效均大于90.0%;不同剂量10%甲维·吡虫啉可溶液剂(SL)和2%甲维盐EC自流式注干防治第1代幼虫,20 d后校正虫口减退率最高可达65.6%,38 d后校正有虫株率减退率为84.6%~100.0%,73 d后校正有虫株率减退率为80.0%~90.0%.可将黄色粘虫板、绿色粘虫板用于黑胸樟叶蜂成虫的监测、防治,也可根据虫情选择药剂叶面喷雾或自流注干方式防治其第1代幼虫.

To effectively control Moricella nigrita,the annual life history and living habits of M.nigrita were observed through three years of laboratory rearing and field experiments,and pollution-free control experiments were carried out.The results showed that M.nigrita had three generations a year in Chongzhou area of Sichuan province,and the generations overlapped.The mature larvae entered the soil in mid-late June to oversummer and overwinter with prepupae,and began to emerge in mid-February of the next year.Eggs of the first,second,and third(overwintering)generations were first observed in early March,early April,and early May,respectively.The egg stage was 7-9 days,the larval stage was 9-18 days,the pupal stage was 1-4 days,and the overwintering prepupal stage was about 260 days.Adults preferred to emerge on sunny mornings after rain from soil,and can mate and lay eggs immediately after emergence without supplementary feeding habits.Adults showed a clear preference for yellow and green sticky boards.Larvae underwent four instars,the first to second instar larvae feeding a small amount of leaves,while the third to fourth instar larvae taking a significant increase in food intake,and mature larvae burrowing into the soil and spinning cocoons.The trapping effect of yellow sticky boards on adults was better than that of green ones.The control effects on the larvae of M.nigrita were more than 90.0%three days after foliar spraying with abamectin 1%microcapsule suspension(CS)3 500 times liquid,emamectin benzoate·chlorbenzuron 25%suspension concentrate(SC)3 000 times liquid,or azadirachtin 0.5%emulsifiable concentrate(EC)400 times liquid.Different doses of emamectin benzoate·imidacloprid 10%soluble liquid(SL)or emamectin benzoate 2%EC were used to control the first generation larvae by self-flowing trunk injection.After 20 days,the highest corrected population decline rate could reach 65.6%,corrected decrease rate of insect-infested plants of 84.6%-100.0%38 days after injection and 80.0%-90.0%73 days after injection.The yellow sticky boards and the green ones can be used for monitoring and control of the adults of M.nigrita,while foliar spraying or trunk injection can be selected for the control of the larvae based on infestation dynamics.
