Bioactive Components and Physiological Functions in Sow Colostrum
母猪初乳是指母猪产后24 h内乳腺分泌的乳汁,主要由乳糖、乳脂和乳蛋白组成.初乳的营养价值很高,富含免疫球蛋白、生长因子、低聚糖、白细胞、外泌体、细菌和激素等多种生物活性成分,具有独特的生理功能,在仔猪的体温调节、肠道发育和免疫获得中起着关键作用.仔猪出生后24 h内摄入足够初乳是仔猪健康发育的关键因素.文章重点梳理了母猪初乳的营养组成及生物活性成分,论述了母猪初乳的生理功能,并展望了未来的研究方向.
Colostrum of a sow refers to the milk secreted by the mammary gland within 24 hours after deliv-ery,mainly composed of lactose,milk fat,and milk protein.Colostrum has high nutritional value and is rich in various bioactive components such as immunoglobulin,growth factors,oligosaccharides,white blood cells,exosomes,bacteria,and hormones.It has unique physiological functions and plays a key role in regu-lating body temperature,intestinal development,and immune acquisition in piglets.Enough colostrum intake within 24 hours after birth is a key factor in the healthy development of piglets.This paper focuses on the nutritional composition and bioactive components of sow colostrum,discusses the physiological func-tions of sow colostrum,and discusses future research directions.
