哺乳期饲粮中添加山茶油对经产母猪血清激素水平、抗氧化指标及繁殖性能的影响OA
Effects of Camellia Oil Supplementation in Lactation Diets on Serum Hormone Levels,Antioxidant Indices and Reproductive Performance of Multiparous Sows
为观察山茶油对经产母猪繁殖性能的影响,试验将40头5~6胎次哺乳期的经产母猪(长×大二元杂)随机分为Control、CO1、CO2组和CO3组,10头/组.分别在其饲粮中添加0、30、60、120 mL/(头·d)山茶油,从母猪分娩添加至断奶(21 d).结果显示:①CO1、CO2、CO3 组断奶-发情间隔与 Control 组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),Control 发情率为 80%,CO1、CO2、CO3 组均为100%.②CO2、CO3组促卵泡素(FSH)水平极显著高于Control组(P<0.01),CO1、CO2组黄体生成素(LH)水平极显著高于Control组(P<0.01),CO2组雌二醇(E2)水平极显著高于Control组(P<0.01),CO1、CO2组抗缪勒管激素(AMH)水平极显著高于Control组(P<0.01),CO3组显著高于Control组(P<0.05).③CO2组和CO3组活性氧(ROS)水平极显著低于Control组(P<0.01);CO1组丙二醛(MDA)水平极显著低于Control组(P<0.01),CO2组显著低于Control组(P<0.05);CO1组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著高于Control组(P<0.01).CO1、CO2、CO3组的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平极显著低于Control组(P<0.01).④CO3组窝平均总产仔数和平均窝活仔数均显著高于Control组(P<0.05);CO1组仔猪平均初生重极显著高于Control组(P<0.01).综上,在经产母猪哺乳期饲粮中添加山茶油能提高母猪激素水平、抗氧化能力以及繁殖性能.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of camellia oil on the reproductive perfor-mance of multiparous sows.A total of 40 multiparous Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred sows with 5 to 6 pari-ties during lactation were randomly divided into four groups:the Control group,CO1 group,CO2 group and CO3 group,with 10 sows per group.Sows in each group were supplemented with 0,30,60 and 120 mL/(sow·d)of camellia oil in their diets,respectively,from parturition to weaning(21 d).The results showed that:① There was no significant difference in the weaning-to-estrus interval among the CO1,CO2,CO3 groups and the Control group(P>0.05).The estrus rate of the Control group was 80%,while that of the CO1,CO2 and CO3 groups was 100%.② The follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels in the CO2 and CO3 groups were extremely significantly higher than those in the Control group(P<0.01);the luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in the CO1 and CO2 groups were extremely significantly higher than those in the Control group(P<0.01);the estradiol(E2)level in the CO2 group was extremely significantly higher than that in the Control group(P<0.01);the Anti-Müllerian hor-mone(AMH)levels in the CO1 and CO2 groups were extremely significantly higher than those in the Control group(P<0.01),and the AMH level in the CO3 group was significantly higher than that in the Control group(P<0.05).③ The reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in the CO2 and CO3 groups were extremely significantly lower than those in the Control group(P<0.01);the malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the CO1 group was extremely significantly lower than that in the Control group(P<0.01),and the MDA level in the CO2 group was significantly lower than that in the Control group(P<0.05);the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in the CO1 group was extremely significantly higher than that in the Control group(P<0.01).The catalase(CAT)and glutathione(GSH)levels in the CO1,CO2 and CO3 groups were extremely signifi-cantly lower than those in the Control group(P<0.01).④ The average total litter size and average live litter size at birth in the CO3 group were significantly higher than those in the Control group(P<0.05);the average birth weight of piglets in the CO1 group was extremely significantly higher than that in the Control group(P<0.01).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of camellia oil for multiparous sows during lactation can improve serum hormone levels,antioxidant capacity and reproductive performance of sows.
