试验旨在探究不同非植酸磷(Non phytate phosphorus,NPP)水平对快大型黄羽肉鸡生长性能及胫骨灰分含量及钙磷水平的影响.试验选取600羽金陵麻鸡雏鸡(公),试验采用单因素不同NPP水平设计,分为高、中、低3组,每组8个重复,25羽1笼,饲养周期为70 d.小鸡阶段0至28日龄(Ca水平设为0.85%,NPP水平分贝为0.33%,0.28%,0.23%);中鸡阶段29至49日龄(Ca水平设为0.80%,NPP水平分别为0.30%,0.25%,0.20%);大鸡阶段50至70日龄(Ca水平设为0.75%,NPP水平分别为0.25%,0.20%,0.15%).在1~28日龄阶段,NPP水平为0.28%时,肉鸡的末重显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于其他两组(P<0.05).在29~49日龄阶段,NPP水平为0.25%时,肉鸡的末重显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于其他两组(P<0.05).1~70日龄,NPP水平为0.25%时ADFI显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),且料重比最低,但其70日龄末体重低于其他两组(P<0.05).(结论)低NPP水平(0.23%、0.20%、0.15%)的ADG和末体重显著高于其他两组,且料重比表现仅次于中NPP水平组.从生产实际价值来看,低磷组的末体重显著高于其余组别,且料重比仅次于中磷组,综合经济效益要明显优于其余两组.

This experiment aims to explore the effects of different non-phytate phosphorus(NPP)levels on growth performance,tibia ash content as well as tibial calcium and phosphorus levels of fast-growing yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 600 male Jinling partridge chicks were selected for the experiment.A single-factor design with three different NPP levels(high,medium and low)was adopted in this trial,with 8 replicates per group and 25 chicks per cage,and the feeding period lasted for 70 days.Starter phase:0 to 28 days of age(dietary calcium level was set at 0.85%,and NPP levels were 0.33%,0.28%and 0.23%);grower phase:29 to 49 days of age(dietary calcium level was set at 0.80%,and NPP levels were 0.30%,0.25%and 0.20%);finisher phase:50 to 70 days of age(dietary calcium level was set at 0.75%,and NPP levels were 0.25%,0.20%and 0.15%).At the age of 1 to 28 days,broilers in the 0.28%NPP group had significantly higher final body weight and significantly lower feed-to-gain ratio than the other two groups(P<0.05).At the age of 29 to 49 days,broilers in the 0.25%NPP group had significantly higher final body weight and significantly lower feed-to-gain ratio than the other two groups(P<0.05).During 1 to 70 days of age,the ADFI of broilers in the 0.25%NPP group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05)with the lowest feed-to-gain ratio,but their final body weight at 70 days of age was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Broilers fed low NPP levels(0.23%,0.20%,0.15%)had significantly higher ADG and final body weight than the other two groups,and their feed-to-gain ratio was second only to that of the medium NPP group.In terms of actual production benefits,the low phosphorus group had significantly higher final body weight than the other groups,its feed-to-gain ratio was second only to the medium phosphorus group,and the comprehensive economic benefits were obviously superior to the other two groups.
