试验旨在研究不同净能(NE)水平对30~50 kg生长猪生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响.选取180头71日龄、体重为(30.96±0.02)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交去势健康公猪,采用单因素试验设计,按初始体重无差异原则随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复6头猪,设计净能梯度水平分别为9.46(A组)、9.71(B组)、9.96(C组)、10.21(D组)、10.46(E组)MJ/kg的饲粮.试验结果表明:A组平均日采食量最高,显著高于C组(P<0.05);随着净能水平的增加,猪的平均日采食量逐渐增加,D组猪只平均日采食量和末均重最高;E组料重比最低,显著低于A组(P<0.05).随着饲粮净能水平的提升,生长猪平均日增重提高,净能、粗蛋白相对变化整体呈上升趋势.饲粮净能水平对干物质、钙、总磷表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05).净能水平对生长猪粗蛋白消化率存在显著影响(P<0.05),D组粗蛋白表观消化率最高.综上所述,本试验条件下,30~50 kg生长猪最适净能水平为10.46 MJ/kg,在该净能水平下具有最佳的生长性能.

This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary net energy(NE)levels on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of growing pigs weighing 30-50 kg.A total of 180 healthy cas-trated Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred boars at 71 days of age with an initial body weight of(30.96±0.02)kg were selected.A single-factor experimental design was adopted,and the pigs were randomly assigned to 5 treatments based on uniform initial body weight,with 6 replicates per treatment and 6 pigs per replicate.The experimental diets were formulated to contain gradient NE levels of 9.46(Group A),9.71(Group B),9.96(Group C),10.21(Group D)and 10.46(Group E)MJ/kg,respectively.The results showed that Group A had the highest average daily feed intake(ADFI),which was significantly higher than that of Group C(P<0.05).ADFI increased gradu-ally with the elevation of dietary NE level;Group D exhibited the maximum ADFI and final average body weight.Group E had the lowest feed-to-gain ratio(F/G),which was significantly lower than Group A(P<0.05).Average daily gain(ADG)of growing pigs increased as dietary NE rose,and the relative digestibility of net energy and crude protein showed an overall upward trend.Dietary NE level had no significant effects on the apparent total tract digest-ibility of dry matter,calcium and total phosphorus(P>0.05).Dietary NE exerted a significant influence on crude protein digestibility(P<0.05),with Group D obtaining the highest apparent digestibility of crude pro-tein.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal dietary NE level for growing pigs of 30-50 kg body weight is 10.46 MJ/kg,which supports the best growth performance.
