低蛋白饲粮在畜禽生产中的应用进展OA
Progress in Application of Low Protein Diets in Livestock and Poultry Production
当今国内畜禽生产中面临的两大难题依旧是环境污染和蛋白质原料匮乏.为解决这两大难题,一般选择非粮蛋白替代饲粮中部分蛋白质及其他营养成分,达到既能减少蛋白质原料的进口量、缓解畜禽氮磷的排泄量、降低环境污染,还能发挥降本增效的功效.近年来,低蛋白饲粮技术在畜禽养殖业中已有较多应用.文章简述了低蛋白饲粮在畜禽生产中的应用,分析其对畜禽生长性能、繁殖性能、屠宰性能及氮磷代谢等方面的影响,探讨低蛋白饲粮现存问题与挑战,并展望未来发展前景,以期为低蛋白饲粮的推广应用提供理论依据.
The two major challenges faced in domestic livestock and poultry production today remain envi-ronmental pollution and protein raw material scarcity.To address these two issues,non-grain proteins are generally chosen to replace some of the protein and other nutrients in the diet.This approach not only reduces the import of protein raw materials,alleviates the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus from live-stock and poultry,and mitigates environmental pollution,but also enhances cost-effectiveness.In recent years,low protein diet feed technology has been widely applied in the livestock and poultry breeding indus-try.This article briefly describes the application of low-protein diets in livestock and poultry production,analyzes their effects on livestock and poultry growth performance,reproductive performance,slaughter per-formance,and nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism,explores the existing problems and challenges of low-protein diets,and looks forward to their future development prospects,providing a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of low-protein diets.
